What is Alliance Hub?

Alliance Hub is the coordination platform for alliance members. It has two main sections — Alliance Guides (strategy documents your officers share) and Viking Vengeance (event sign-up and march coordination) — plus a shared player profiles directory, your personal profile, and a feedback system.

How do I navigate between sections?

Use the bottom navigation bar, which is always visible:

  • Home — the dashboard, showing pending tasks across all sections.
  • Guides — the alliance guides library.
  • Viking — Viking Vengeance event sign-up and march plan.
  • Profiles — the directory of alliance members' troop stats.
  • Me — your own profile, plus help, feedback, and sign out.

Admins and Viking Vengeance coordinators also see a gear icon in the top-right corner that opens the admin area. Each section tile on the dashboard has a ? button that opens section-specific help.

// YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I sign in?

Discord members sign in using the Sign in with Discord button. The app checks that your Discord account has the required alliance role. If you are denied, you may not have the role yet — contact an officer.

If you were given a passcode by an admin (for non-Discord access), enter it in the passcode form on the login page. Passcodes expire after approximately one month.

Admins can also share a login link with your passcode built in — bookmark it and tap it any time to sign in automatically, no need to type or paste the passcode each time.

How long does my session last?

Sessions last 24 hours by default. After that you will be redirected to the login page automatically. Just sign in again — there is no data loss.

How do I sign out?

Open the Me tab in the bottom navigation and tap Sign out.

// PLAYER PROFILE

What is the player profile?

Your profile stores your in-game stats so the alliance can coordinate more effectively. Open the Me tab to edit it. The information is used to pre-fill event sign-up forms automatically and, if you choose, to share your stats with the rest of the alliance.

What fields are there and what do they mean?

In-game name — your name as it appears in Kingshot. Used in march plans and member lists.

March count — how many marches you can send during an event (4, 5, or 6). Controls how many players you are assigned to reinforce. You set this once here and it is reused for every Viking Vengeance sign-up automatically.

Castle level — your Town Center level. Levels 1–30, then TG1–TG8 (True Gold) for the advanced progression beyond 30.

First march power — the power of your strongest march. Helps officers assess overall strength.

Infantry / Cavalry / Archers — for each troop type you record two separate upgrade dimensions:

  • Level (1–11) — the research/upgrade level of that troop type.
  • TG tier (TG1–TG8, optional) — True Gold tier, an additional upgrade on top of the level. Leave blank if you haven't unlocked any TG for that type.
  • Count — how many of that troop type you have trained.

Who can see my profile? (Public vs Private)

At the bottom of your profile there is a Profile visibility setting:

  • Public (the default) — all alliance members can see your stats on the Profiles page.
  • Private — only admins can see your stats. Other members still see your name in the directory, but it is marked private with no details.

Either way, admins always have access to your full profile for event coordination.

What is the Profiles page?

The Profiles tab shows a directory of every member, sorted by troop strength, with castle level and per-troop levels and TG tiers. Public profiles show full stats; private ones appear as a locked row. It's a quick way to see the alliance's overall strength.

How often should I update my profile?

Update it whenever your stats change — after you upgrade troops, level up your castle, or change your march configuration. The dashboard will remind you if your profile is incomplete or hasn't been updated in over 7 days.

// DASHBOARD NOTIFICATIONS

What are the coloured cards on the dashboard?

Blue card — unread guide: A guide has been published that you haven't confirmed reading yet. Click it to open the guide. Confirmation is recorded when you check the box at the bottom.

Amber card — VV sign-up: A Viking Vengeance event is active and you haven't signed up yet.

Orange card — profile incomplete: One or more fields in your player profile are empty. Click to open your profile and fill in the missing information.

Yellow card — profile outdated: Your profile hasn't been updated in over 7 days. Open your profile and click Save profile to confirm your stats are still accurate, even if nothing changed.

// FEEDBACK

How do I submit a suggestion or report an issue?

Open the Me tab and tap Feedback. Choose whether it is a Suggestion or an Issue, write your message, and submit.

Feedback goes directly to the admins. You will not receive a reply in the app, but everything is read and reviewed.
